摘　　要：通过比较自动测试平台的优劣,给出了基于LAN接口的微波功放生产测试平台设计方案,介绍了相关测试工艺装备的制作,并讨论了自动测试软件的设计以及使用测试平台的注意事项。Though comparing the performance of three kinds of auto measurement system,this paper presents a design based on LAN interface,introduces an operative tool used for data acquisition,discusses the design of auto measurement program and gives some suggestions on how to use the system.
