棉纺织设备的技术进步对提高生产效率的影响

摘　　要：介绍了慕尼黑ITMA 2007和上海ITMA ASIA+CITME 2008上展出的最新纺织机械设备及采用的新技术,如:德国特吕茨勒公司产的超短流程开清棉设备用于棉精梳产品和转杯纺的梳棉机分开设计的技术理念,瑞士立达公司产出条速度达1100 m/min的并条机,特吕茨勒公司产车速达500钳次/min的精梳机,青泽公司产全自动落纱的粗纱机、1680锭的超长型集聚纺(紧密纺)细纱机,能清除异纤的电清器,能消除接头痕的空捻器,能防叠的双沟槽槽筒,12色选纬的宽幅喷气织机,16色选纬的剑杆织机和15 m超宽幅片梭织机等。所有的新技术都在不同程度上显示了该项技术的发展趋势和方向,目标都是提高生产效率和产品质量。Introduction is made to the equipments and the new technology shown in ITMA 2007 Munich and ITMA+CITME 2008 Shanghai,such as the tech-theory on the open and blow equipment with super short flow by Truetzschler Germany for combing production detached from the the card frame,doubling frame with speed 1 100m/min by Rieter Company Switzerland,combing frame with speed of 500 moves/min by Truetzschler Germany,auto-roving frame and super length compact spinning frame with 1 680 spindles by Zinzer Germany,electric clearning device for foreign fiber removal,air splicer without joint mark,double grooved drum against overlapping,widdened air-jet loom with 12 color selection,rapier loom with 16 color selection projectile loom with width of 15 m.All technologies go their way in some content,aiming at upgrading production rate and production quality.
