棉纺织机械模块化设计及在纺织生产上的应用

摘　　要：介绍并分析了模块化设计在纺织机械上,如:CL-P型预清棉机,C60型高产梳棉机及其分梳元件,TD-02型不带自调匀整并条机,Zinser351型细纱机,Autoconer 5型自动络筒机,Auto-coro系列转杯纺纱机,OMNI PLUS 800型喷气织机等机型上的应用,说明模块化设计使纺织机械的配置更加专业化、系列化,也使纺织工艺更加具有针对性,以其应用的优越性将使其在纺织工业领域得到快速发展。Introductionis made to the modularization application in textile machinery such as pre-blow machine CL-P,hi-production card C60,and the carding elements,doubling frame TD-02 without auto even device;spinning frame Zinser 351,Autoconer 5,rotor spinning frame of autocoro series,air-jet loom OMNI PLUS 800.Conclusionis made that configuration of modularization in textile machineryis of more speciality and more series and more pertinence to textile process thus making much promotionin textile industry.
