摘　　要：本文通过对某地经济技术开发区国贸大厦的沉降观测实例介绍了高层建筑变形监测的周期界定,点位与实测线路布设,以及成果分析等等的技术设计,并分析了选用仪器的精度,通过成果资料的整理与分析,掌握了国贸大厦的沉降动态趋势,结果表明该大厦的稳定性良好,从而为该大厦的安全管理提供了可靠依据[1～6]。the paper basing on the practical example,which is the sedimentation about a International Trade Edifice in the economy and technology development area,introduces the determination to the period of the deformation monitoring about the high-rise building,the layout of the point and the practical observation line,and the analysis to the results and the like design about the technique,in addention to,it also analyses the precision of the employed equipments.Through managing and analyzing the results,acquiring the dynamic trend of the sedimentation about the International trade edifice,the results show that the stability of the edifice is good,so it offers reliable basis to the safety management of the edifice[1 ~6].
