摘　　要：本文在分析了AutoCAD和ArcGIS数据结构的特点的基础上,提出利用AutoCAD图元附带的组成信息和应用ArcGIS数据转换方法和简单的属性表操作方法,解决了AutoCAD数据转换成没有属性信息的GIS数据问题的方法,并通过二调实践阐述了具体操作方法,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。Basing on the characteristics of the data structure of AutoCAD and ArcGIS,this paper reports the method that solves the problem of the data conversion from AutoCAD to GIS without attribute information through applying the information attached to the AutoCAD entity and the ArcGIS data conversion and simple property table operating.This paper indicates the concrete operation method by the investigation,having certain guiding significance for the practical production.
