摘　　要：该系统由多语种旅游资源信息管理模块和Web信息发布模块所构成,具有多语种、基于WebGIS的电子地图设计、丰富的多媒体综合信息、界面友好、易于操作等特点。本文详细阐述了系统的设计目标和内容、总体结构、关键技术、主要功能以及系统的发布与界面,并且探讨了在WebGIS二次开发中Java Applet和ASP、JSP等网络技术相结合应用的实现方法,展现了WebGIS技术应用于旅游业的广阔前景。该系统的建立方便了国内外旅游者对长白山地区旅游资源信息进行查询和浏览,同时也能够方便有关部门综合地对旅游资源信息进行开发、宣传、管理和维护,促进长白山地区的经济发展。This system is constituted by multi-lingual module of tourism resource information management and information promulgation module of the web.And the system is characterized by multi-lingual versions,WebGIS digital map design and abound comprehensive multimedia information.It has the features of web-friendliness and easy operation.This article elaborates on the overall structure,main functions and key technologies of the multi-lingual tourism resource information system of Changbai Mountain area and investigates on the implementations for the combination of Java Applet,ASP and JS Ptechnologies on the secondary development of WebGIS technologies and presents bright prospects in the application of WebGIS technologies to tourism.The system is convenient for tourists to view and to search for tourism resource information.Meanwhile,the system will hel Pthe relevant department to realize the development,promotion,management and maintenance of the Changbai Mountain area tourism resource information and spur the local economic growth.
