摘　　要：南钢转炉50 000m3干式煤气柜公称容积50 000m3,柜体为圆柱形,内直径为46 585mm,高度为38 100mm,顶盖球形,总高度45 550mm。气柜总耗钢量1 000 t。结合现场实际施工经验及相关规程,简要介绍这一目前国内钢厂新兴和普遍采用的柜种,根据气柜的特点,从气柜主体施工顺序、工艺流程和施工要点出发,浅谈作者的一点体会。The volume of waterless gasholder in some converter is 50 000m^3,and the inner diameter of cylindrical gasholder body is 46 585mm,the height is 38 100mm and the total height which includes the height of spherical roof is 45 550mm.The total steel weight is about 1 000 tons.Combining with construction experience and relevant codes,the authors show construction sequence,construction process flow and the key construction points of the gasholder.
