摘  要:南水北调渠道衬砌在初冬季节施工,因华北地区气温逐渐降低,混凝土的凝结时间明显延长,渠底混凝土面板的收面工序施工效率降低,通过采用真空吸水施工工艺,提高早期强度,使混凝土的凝结时间缩短,提高施工效率,缩短收面及养护时间,同时提高混凝土的密实度,降低水灰比。The canal lining for South-to-North Transfers was constructed in the early winter season.Because of the temperature lowers gradually in the north of China,setting time of concrete obviously prolongs,constrcution efficiency of canal bottom concrete is lowered.When vacuum absorbing water construction technique is adopted,earlier strength of concrete is improved,which can shorten setting time and curing time of concrete,raise construction efficiency as well improve compactness of concrete and reduce water-cement ratio.
