摘 要:以海口市某多层建筑结构为背景,首先提出了等剪重比结构的概念,指出高烈度区多层建筑具有等剪重比的特点,接着对所设计的三个方案从满足建筑功能需求情况、主要计算指标和经济指标等方面进行了比较,提出了依据场地安评报告进行整体设计,按照大于场地安评报告的规范提供参数进行框架柱设计的框架结构设计新思路,静力弹塑性分析结果表明按照该思路设计的框架结构具有良好的抗震性能。Based on a multi-storey building structure in Haikou city,the concept of equivalent shear-weight ratio structure is firstly presented.And the point is presented that the multi-storey building in high intensity area has equivalent shear-weight ratio.Then from the point of satisfying the architectural function requirement,main computation indexes, and economic indexes,three design schemes are compared and the new design way for frame structures that the global design is carried out according to the safety evaluation report,and the frame column is designed according to the parameters provided in codes.The static elastic-plastic analysis show that the frame structure designed according to the way in this paper has good seismic performance.
