摘 要:项目主体站房为地下建筑,洪水来临时,主体站房将没于水中,站房自重远小于所受的水浮力,整体抗浮不足。经过对大直径锚桩(300×300)三种方案的经济性比较,最终决定采用锚杆。经过计算,锚杆的数量较多,主要是洪水因素造成的。而事实上很多对结构抗浮有利的因素都没有考虑,如内含大面积水位稳定的蓄冰槽,基底位于完整岩体上,透水性小等。最后决定采用考虑有利因素作用的方法进行抗浮计算,大大减少了锚杆的数量,降低了工程造价。另外站房在水中承受很大的水压力,在控制裂缝及设置后浇带方面也选择了经济合理的方法。Chongqing River North City's Energy Station is an underground building,and flood will submerge it.The self weight isgreatly less than buoyancy.Techniques should be taken to resist buoyancy.Anchor poles method is chosen by compared with big diameter piles and small diameter piles.After calculation,the amount of anchor poles is large,which is caused by flood.In fact,many beneficial factors are not considered,for example,a big pool with water in,foundation placed on intact rock without any water between them.At last including beneficial factors in,a new calculation was made, the amount of anchor poles decreased a lot,and the cost was saved.More over water pressure imposed on the building is great,so economical and suitable methods are taken to control crevice width and to layout later concrete filled zone.
