摘　　要：某高层办公楼群地处福建龙岩石灰岩溶地区,土层变化比较复杂,存在溶洞、土洞和土岩临空面等不良地质作用。针对本工程情况,本文比较了CFG桩地基处理、桩筏基础和冲孔灌注桩等基础型式,综合考虑技术可能及造价工期等因素,选择了冲孔灌注桩,并讨论了冲孔灌注桩在施工过程中的难点及解决办法。The high-buildings lie in karst region in Fujian Province.The ground condition is complex,where karst cave and hole in soil exist。Based on this project,comparison on CFG pile composite foundation、pile & raft foundation and punch pile foundation is made.Considering technique,cost and time of construction,punch pile foundation is choosed. Difficulty and solution in construction is discussed.
