摘　　要：《建筑地基处理技术规范》(JGJ79-2002,J220-2002)对经过地基处理后的地基承载力修正值如何计算,仅有较原则性的定义并无详细的条文说明,实际工程中存在各种不同的地质情况及理解,也产生不同的结果,对基础部分造价产生较大影响。通过一个工程实例对此进行分析,得出了一些结论,供探讨研究。In technical code for ground treatment of buildings(TCGRB),there is only definition in principle and no declartion(commentary) in detail about that how calculates the characteristic-value of subgrade bearing capacity after ground treatment.So there is different understandings and results on it,and it has big effect on the cost of foundation. Based on an actual project,this article makes a discussion about it.
