摘  要:本工程为带高位转换的超限高层建筑,高度为99.9m,地下两层,地上32层,采用带梁式转换层的框支剪力墙结构体系。系统介绍了工程的抗震设计,包括结构体系布置、整体结构的弹性计算分析、侧向刚度的计算与调整、重要构件中震不屈服设计、罕遇地震下弹塑性静力推覆分析及楼板弹性验算、转换梁局部受力分析,重点介绍了针对本工程特点和难点所进行的补充计算以及由此产生的结构调整和采取的抗震加强措施。This engineering is a tall building overrun with high transfer floor,which has the height 99.9 meters,2 floors underground,32 floors above ground and the structural system is the frame-supported shear wall with girder transfer floor. Seismic design of this engineering is systematically introduced,including the structural system layout,elastic analysis of global structure,computation and adjustment of lateral stiffness,nonyielding design of important members under middle earthquake,elastic-plastic static pushover analysis and elastic verification of floor under rare earthquake,and local analysis of girder transfer floor.The implementation computation pointing to the character and difficulty of this engineering and the consequent structural adjustment and seismic strengthening measures are mainly introduced.
