摘  要:基于实际工程背景,对处于复杂溶岩地质条件下超长地下室基础设计问题进行探讨,针对不同地质情况给予不同的桩型选择。为查明溶洞和土洞分布,要求对塔楼以外地下车库部分进行一柱一桩的超前钻勘查,塔楼内为一桩3~4孔,以便给基础设计提供可靠依据。及时吸取一期工程的施工经验,对溶洞处理效果和方法予以总结,为后续工程提供改进措施。综合考虑造价、施工便利和安全可靠等各项因素,分别对桩身纵筋长度取值、承台和底板设计、超长地下室抗裂的构造措施和桩基检测等各方面问题予以阐述,供同类工程参考。Based on engineering,foundation design of super length basement under complicated karst geological conditions is discussed,The choice of pile type is used differ from geological condition.In order to find out distributing about karst and soil cave,it is urge to drill for each column position in the basement outside the tower in advance,3~4 hole is demanded for each pile inside the tower,which is the reliable basis for foundation design.Accepted construction experience from the first period,the effect and method on how to deal with karst,are summarized and improved the measures in the next period.Cost,construction convenience and safety are considered,the length of steel bar for pile,the design of pile cap and foundation slab,construction measures for prevented crack of super length basement and testing of pile foundation are expounded for reference.
