摘  要:通过对2种(72个)不同机械锚固方式的热轧带肋钢筋与混凝土试件的拔出试验,对带肋钢筋机械锚固方式与混凝土的粘结锚固强度、破坏形态以及影响粘结锚固强度的因素如混凝土强度、锚固长度、钢筋直径、保护层厚度、配箍率等进行了分析。试验研究表明,采用机械锚固方式能够提高带肋钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结锚固强度,减少粘结滑移量,有效减小锚固长度。在统计回归的基础上提出采用机械锚固方式的粘结锚固强度计算公式,为我国现行混凝土结构设计规范进一步修订时列入机械锚固方式提供了参考依据。Based on the pull-out test results of 2 groups(72 specimens) of hot-rolled ribbed bars with different mechanical anchorage measure in end of the bars,the bond-anchorage strength and the broken phenomenon of hot-rolled ribbed bars in concrete with mechanical anchorage measure are discussed,the main factors that affect the bond-anchorage strength such as the strength of concrete,the diameter of bars,the development length of bars,the cover thickness of concrete and the transverse steel ratio are analyzed.The test results show that the bond-anchorage strength can be improved,and the development length of deformed steel bars can be decreased with the mechanical anchorage measure in engineering.The empirical formulas for bond-anchorage strength of hot-rolled ribbed bars with the mechanical anchorage measure are suggested,and this may be as a reference for future revision of the Chinese Design Code.
