摘　　要：介绍了用直接测量法评价动态信号分析仪的频谱幅值和频率指标时,测量结果的不确定度分析和评定过程。讨论了影响频谱幅值示值误差和频率示值误差的测量不确定度的几个主要来源。通过实例,给出了频谱幅值示值误差和频率示值误差的不确定度分析和评定结果。In this paper,it described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of frequency spectrum amplitude and frequency measured by the direct measurement.Some sources of frequency spectrum amplitude indication error and frequency indication error are discussed.In the experiment,the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of both frequency spectrum amplitude indication error and frequency indication error by using the method in this paper were presented.
