摘　　要：与常规煤粉锅炉相比,W型火焰锅炉采用液态排渣方式燃烧高钙神华烟煤时,省煤器出口烟气中的气态痕量元素与飞灰具有典型特性。为揭示这种烟气条件对选择性催化还原(selective-catalytic-reduction,SCR)烟气脱硝工艺的影响,该文采用现场观察、试验测试及理论分析等方法,对SCR改造前后的基础条件、工艺选型、设计方案及运行性能等进行了总结分析。Compared with the normal powder coal boiler, the characteristic of the trace gaseous elements and the fly ash in the flue gas from the economizer is unique when the Shenhua coal with high CaO is fired in the downshot slag-tap boiler.To discover the influence on the selective-catalytic- reduction(SCR), the base condition,technics selection,retrofit plan and the operating performance are investigated and summarized.
