摘 要:采用流体体积(volume of fluid,VOF)法研究了湿空气吹扫和恒定热流密度条件下降膜流动的传热传质特性,考虑了表面张力和气液相间传质对液膜流动的影响。计算结果表明,液膜可以有效的降低固体壁面温度,越接近液相进口,局部努塞尔数越大,对流传热强度越大;远离液相进口,局部努塞尔数逐渐减小;湿空气的吹扫加快了液膜的蒸发过程,沿着气相流动方向,湿空气的含湿量不断增加,带走汽化潜热,强化了对固体壁面的冷却。Based on volume of fluid(VOF) method,heat and mass transfer of falling film under moist air sweeping condition and constant heat flux condition was investigated. Surface tension and species transport were taken into account. The calculated results show that solid surface is cooled effectively by falling film.The local Nusselt number is much higher and the intensity of convection heat transfer is much greater when it approaches to the inlet of liquid film.Sweeping of moist air quicken the evaporation of liquid film,and the humidity content increases along the flow direction of air stream,which enhances the cooling of solid surface.
