摘 要:本工作采用原位红外法(in-situFTIR)研究了含有萘环和醚键结构的双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMPN)和氰酸酯树脂(DNCY)的固化反应过程,并利用BMPN和DNCY制备双马来酰亚胺三嗪(BT)树脂基体层压板,研究该层压板的应用性能。研究结果表明,BMPN/DNCY体系在不含催化剂的条件下固化反应主要包括二者之间的共聚反应,在固化后期有少量双马来酰亚胺单体的均聚反应;而BMPN/DNCY体系在含有0.11mmol/molFe(AcAc)3和2%壬基酚复合催化剂的条件下固化反应主要发生分步固化,最终生成IPN结构双马来酰亚胺三嗪树脂。在层压板性能方面,BMPN树脂中的萘环和醚键结构可以有效地改善层压板的柔韧性、介电性能和吸水性能。IPN结构的形成也有效地改善了层压板的柔韧性、介电性能及降低了其层压板的吸水率。In this paper,the cure reaction of novel bismalemide and dicyanate ester resin containing naphthalene ring and ether linkage was characterized by methods of in-situ FTIR,laminate composites were prepared by BMPN and DNCY resin,and properties of laminate were studied.Co-polymerization was occurred between BMPN and DNCY during the curing process under condition of no catalyzer and the self additional polymerization of BMPN may possibly occur only in the last course of the curing process,and that the reaction occurred between the two monomers is most homo-polymerization respectively for BMPN/DNCY system including of 0.11mmol/mol Fe(AcAc)3 and 2 % nonylphenol,and the structure of IPNs can be formed.The flexural strength of composites containing BMPN is enhanced and the dielectric and moisture properties are ameliorated due to the existence of ether linkage and naphthalene in the network structure for BT resins containing BMPN resin.The flexural property,dielectric property and moisture uptake value are improved obviously due to the formation of IPNs structure for the composites.
