摘 要:研究了二代定向合金DZ406在900℃和980℃无载荷时效处理后的组织及性能变化。组织基本稳定,3000h后枝晶干区域有微量针状相出现,根据萃取结果为μ相,但并未使性能大幅下降;而980℃,1000h时效后未发现针状相的析出。900℃时效中,γ′在1500h前没有明显变化,2000h后γ′开始长大,3000h后呈条状分布。时效后,均有次生碳化物析出,包括枝晶间粒状富Hf的MC(2),晶界上条块状MC,不规则的M6C及链状M23C6。760℃/780MPa的持久寿命随时效时间的延长先提高后下降;870℃/517MPa的持久寿命则逐渐下降,并在3000h后下降了50%左右。980℃和1100℃的持久寿命随时效时间延长下降幅度相对较小,尤其是980℃的持久寿命在3000h后只下降了17.8%。The microstructural evolution and property change of the 2nd generation DS superalloy DZ406 after long-term aging without stress at 900℃ and 980℃ respectively were investigated in this paper.The microstructure was generally stable,and only a few needle-like phases were precipitated on the matrix,which were identified as μ phase by the results of extraction,but it appeared that the properties were not decreased remarkably.No needle-like phase was precipitated after 1000h aging at 980℃.During1500h aging at 900℃ no change was observed for the of γ′ phase.Theγ′ phase became coarsened after 2000h aging and it exhibited strip-shape distribution after 3000h.The secondary carbides were precipitated after aging,including granular Hf riched MC(2) particles which appeared on interdendrite,blocky and strip shaped M6C and chain-like M23C6 at the grain boundary.The stress rupture life at condition of 760℃/780MPa was firstly increased and subsequently decreased,and whereas,the life of 850℃/517MPa was dropped gradually,only 50% of life remained after 3000h aging.The decreasing extent of the stress rupture life with the aging time at 980℃ and 1100℃ respectively was less than the above two conditions,in particular,the life of 980℃/248MPa was only decreased 17.8% after 3000h aging at 900℃.
