摘 要:对3种截面形式的压型钢板-竹胶板组合楼板(单纯胶结型、无侧板的复合胶结型和侧板加强的复合胶结型)的抗弯性能进行了试验研究。通过7块组合楼板试件的静力加载试验,分析了各截面形式组合楼板的破坏形态和破坏机理,探讨了极限承载力和抗弯刚度等弯曲性能,并对3种组合楼板的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:单纯胶结型组合楼板会因局部脱胶而发生刚度的退化;自攻螺钉紧固件对提高钢与竹的组合效应效果显著,从而保证了复合胶结型组合楼板刚度的稳定性;竹胶板侧板可以起到良好的骨架作用和连接作用,使得侧板加强的复合胶结型组合楼板在变形较大时整体性仍然良好,表现出一定的延性性能;侧板加强的复合胶结型组合楼板刚度高、承载力稳定、变形性能好、节材环保,具有很好的研究和应用价值。Flexural behaviors of three kinds of profiled steel sheet-bamboo plywood composite slabs are tested.They are simply adhesive composite slabs,non-side-lath multiple-interlink composite slabs and side-lath-reinforced multiple-interlink composite slabs.7 specimens of the composite slabs are tested under dead-load,yielding the failure mode and mechanism of these slabs.Flexural properties such as ultimate carrying capability and stiffness are obtained and compared among the three kinds of slabs.Results showed that the stiffness of simply adhesive slabs degenerated due to the impairment of the adhesive layers in some area.Owing to the screws,the stiffness of multiple-interlink composite slabs were well maintained.The bamboo plywood lath improved the service behavior of the side-lath-reinforced multiple-interlink composite slabs by enhancing the ductility.The side-lath-reinforced multiple-interlink composite slabs have many advantages including large bearing capacity and stiffness,good deformation capability and low cost,deserving through study and wide utilization.
