摘 要:结合国内外已收集到的有关混凝土构件裂缝宽度计算及控制设计的研究资料,以引入模糊示性函数的蒙特卡罗法为基础,综合考虑裂缝宽度计算公式的保证率、荷载作用、构件材料性质不定性、以及荷载裂缝对构件耐久性的影响等因素,建立了有关构件裂缝控制安全度设置水平的计算方法。应用该方法对GB 50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》、及其最新修订稿(征求意见稿)中的混凝土受弯构件裂缝控制安全度设置水平进行了计算分析和比较。分析结果表明:基于耐久性考虑,GB 50010—2002给出的裂缝宽度计算公式的可靠度指标比最新修订稿中的裂缝宽度计算公式的可靠指标平均相差1.5左右;另外给定的裂缝宽度限值、受拉钢筋配筋率及荷载比等是影响裂缝宽度可靠度指标的最主要因素。Referring to current calculation methods of crack width,a quantitative analysis on the reliability level of crack control was performed by applying the Monte Carlo method with the fuzzy indicator function,which takes the guarantee rate of crack calculation,indefiniteness of load and material,and the influence of crack width on member durability into consideration.The safety level of flexural members was calculated and compared between GB 50010—2002 and its latest revision draft(opinion soliciting draft).Then two conclusions were drawn: considering the durability,the reliability index of crack width control based on GB 50010—2002 or its latest revision draft has an difference of 1.5 averagely;the crack width limit,the reinforcement ratio,and the load ratio are the three main factors influencing the reliability index of crack control.
