摘　　要：EPC是承担工程的设计、采购、施工、试运投产等的总承包商,因此做好EPC管理工作对顺利完成工程任务具有举足轻重的作用。文章从EPC项目的管理特点、项目执行效果,以及EPC总承包商领会业主的管理意图、引入风险管理的理念、强化对分包商的管理与控制、加强项目的成本管理与控制、注重发挥EPC模式的管理优势等方面,总结了兰银管道EPC总承包的管理实践。EPC management plays an essential role to accomplish an engineering project.In this paper the practice of EPC general contract management for Lanzhou-Yinchuan Gas Transmission Pipeline Project are discussed with respects to the project management characteristics,project implementation effect,introducing risk management idea by EPC general contractor,enhancing management and control to subcontractors,strengthening project cost management and control,giving full play to EPC management advantages,and so on.
