摘  要:兰银输气管道工程第三B和第四单元途径内蒙古自治区阿拉善左旗,线路长度约155 km,最高点高程为1 834 m,最大高差507 m。地形起伏较大,高差变化频繁,且该地区水源极其匮乏,给管道的通球测径及水压试验增加了难度。文章针对该段的实际情况,介绍了管道试压的总体要求及采取的具体措施,如采用分段试压、设置上水中继站的方法。通过计算,确定第三、第四单元试压区段的划分以及上水中继站的位置,并强调了试压期间在健康、安全和环境保护方面的要求及注意事项。The third B and fourth sections of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline pass through Alashangzhuqi,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with the route length of 155 km,highest elevation of 1 834 m and biggest elevation drop of 507 m.Where the topographic form varies obviously,elevation drop changes frequently and water source is scarcely,which increase the difficulties for pipeline pigging,callipering and hydraulic pressure testing.According to the actual situations in these pipeline sections,the general pressure test requirements were analyzed and the concrete measures such as conducting subsection tests and setting up water feeding relay station were taken.The pressure test subsection division of the third B and fourth sections of Lan-Yin Gas Transmission Pipeline and the location of the water feeding relay station were determined by calculations.The HSE requirements and key issues during construction were stressed.
