包钢电网10kV系统中性点接地方式的思考

摘　　要：文章以几起单相接地故障引起包钢电网波动典型事故为例,指出了包钢电网10 kV系统中性点接地运行方式存在的问题,结合国内外先进经验根据包钢电网的特点,提出了包钢电网10 kV系统中性点接地运行方式变更建议。In this paper,several typical accidents of electricity network fluctuation in Baotou Steel caused by singlefacet ground fault are taken as examples,it is pointed out that there are some problems in run mode of grounding for neutral point in 10 kV system of electricity network in Baotou Steel.Some suggestion is proposed by linking advanced experiences at home and abroad with characteristics of electricity network in Baotou Steel.
