摘  要:PAE为活性高分子树脂,固含量越高,稳定性越难控制。该文探讨了一种固含量为35%、低成本PAE的制备方法及与市售增强剂进行比较。结果表明,选择胺/酸摩尔比为1:1~1:1.05,聚酰胺预聚体反应温度为170℃左右,环氧化反应后得到黏度为50~60s的聚酰胺树脂,其干抗张强度优于市售PAE,湿抗张强度相当,保存时间为6个月。PAE is an active macromolecular resin.It is more difficult to control its stability when its solid content is high.This paper discussed a low-cost preparation method of PAE with 35%solid content and compared it with commercial wet-strength agents.The results show that a PAE resin with a viscosity of 50~60 s can be prepared after its pre-polymer is epoxidized when the molar ratio of amines to acid and the polymerization temperature of the pre-polymer are controlled in the range of 1:1 to 1:1.05 and 170℃,respectively.The obtained PAE show larger dry tensile strengthen improvement than commercial PAE while its wet tensile strengthening ability is equivalent to the commercial PAE.It has a six month shelf life.
