摘 要:在目标威胁评估过程中,决策者的主观威胁等级判断信息和传感器获得的客观态势信息的数据形式不同,难以直接用于威胁评估,提出了基于OWA算子的贝叶斯网络威胁评估方法。首先,将主观威胁判断信息一致化为效用值,通过基于OWA算子的群决策方法集结出决策群体对目标威胁等级的主观判断信息,并将其作为基于贝叶斯网络威胁评估模型中目标威胁等级的先验信息,而客观态势信息作为贝叶斯网络模型的观察节点,从而集成了主观威胁等级判断信息和客观态势信息。最后通过实例说明了该模型的合理性和有效性。In the process of the threat evaluation,the data form of the decision maker's subjective threat level judgment is different from the objective information that sensors acquire,which is hard to directly be used for evaluation.A method of threat evaluation based on the OWA operator and Bayesian network was put forward.Through the method of unifying subjective threat judgment's information into the utility value form,the subjective preference information of decision-making group aggregated by the OWA operator could be used for the priori information of the Bayesian network threat evaluation model,and the objective situation information could be used for the observation node of the Bayesian network,thus the model integrated the subjective threat level judgment information and the objective situation information.The rationality and validity of this model are demonstrated in some examples.
