摘　　要：文章在分析了施工阶段造价控制的现状和常见的不规范签证的几种情况的基础上,分析了签证不规范的观念和历史原因,最后,结合工程实践阐述了监理单位在具体签证管理工作中的对策。On the basis of analysis the status quo of cost control and the usual cases of nonstandard construction visa,this paper analyses the conception and historical cause of nonstandard construction visa.At last,introduce the countermeasures of supervision unit in actual program.
