印制电路板外观检查机的设计研究

摘　　要：当前,客户对印制板外观品质的要求越来越严格。PCB外观稍为不注意就会引起产品报废而导致客户退货、索赔。而外观缺陷,不同客户有不同要求;外观缺陷由不同人检查得出的结果又总是有差异。解决PCB外观缺陷问题最好的方法是用PCB外观检查机检验。这种高科技含量的外观检查机国外早在几年前已问世,国内近两三年开始起步。本文叙述外观检查机国内外发展现状与趋势,本机在设计上的难点、本机结构、工作原理、检查方法,以及本公司研发的外观机的应用概述及前景展望。Presently,customers are more and more strictly on the request of PCB's visual quality.If paying little attention to the visual quality of PCB,it will cause the product end-of-life,customer returns and the claims.For the visual defect,different customers have different requests;and different person inspects the result always have differences.The best method of solving the visual defect of PCB is using the visual inspection of PCB to examine. This kind of high tech content visual inspection in a broad has been published for several years,while the domestic has started about two or three years.This article describes the present development situation and the tendency of visual inspection at home and abroad,and the designs on the difficulty,the structure, the principle of work,the inspection method,the application and prospect forecast of the visual inspection which our company researches.
