摘　　要：贴片工艺在SMT生产中起着非常重要的作用,其控制直接影响着组装板的质量和效率。本文介绍了贴片设备的结构、视觉系统和元件供料系统,同时还介绍了贴片程序的编辑、生产线平衡和程序优化的方法和经验,希望对从事SMT技术工作的工程技术人员有一定参考作用。Placement process plays an important part in SMT production,and affects the quality and the efficiency of assemblies.The article introduces the structure,the vision system and component supply system of the placement equipment.At the same time,the methods,experience of programming,line balance and optimization are also introduced,it is expected that there will be some reference value to the engineers who are studying on SMT.
