摘  要:锚固块是体外预应力加固中最关键的结构之一,它的应力分布复杂,需对其进行细致详尽的分析,以保证体外预应力加固的安全和有效。以广州市东圃某特大桥的检测与加固设计为背景,通过对体外预应力加固中的大吨位端部锚固块进行有限元分析,给出了端部锚固块在新增混凝土前后的纵向应力、横向应力和竖向应力,并对这些应力计算结果进行分析。结果表明,端部锚固块在新增混凝土后的加固效果是非常明显的;同时发现了端部锚固块在新增混凝土后仍存在一些不足之处,就此提出一些局部加强建议。最后根据有限元分析结果,利用拉-压杆模型进行锚固区的配筋计算。可为体外预应力加固锚固设计提供一些参考。Anchorages are the most important structure in the bridge's rehabilitation engineering under external prestressing load and their stress distribution is complex,in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of rehabilitation engineering under external prestressing load,it is necessary to carry out a detailed and careful structure analysis of anchorages.The inspection and strengthening design of an extra-large bridge in Dongpu of Guangzhou City were taken as the background,the longitudinal stress,transverse stress and vertical stress of the end anchorage were given before and after adding concrete block,through finite element analysis of the end anchorage under larger prestressing load and the results of calculation of the anchorage were analyzed,it was showed that the strengthened effect of the end anchorage had been very obvious after concrete block was added.At the same time it was found that there were still some deficiencies on the end anchorage after concrete was added and the suggestions on the local strengthening of the end anchorage were proposed.Finally,selected the strut-and-tie model the reinforcement of the anchorage zone was calculated according to the results of finite element analysis.It is helpful and referenced for the design of similar anchorages.
