局部框支-短肢剪力墙结构的设计思考和程序实现

摘　　要：为了解决局部框支-短肢剪力墙结构的设计问题,对这种结构易犯错的概念和规定给出了相应的理解和解释,并结合工程实例提出了这种结构在程序实现过程中的注意事项。分析表明:这种结构与普通的框支-剪力墙结构的设计分析存在很大的不同,按照普通框支结构分析会造成经济浪费和结构的不安全,对其他类似工程有很好的借鉴意义。In order to solve the design problem of partial transfer structures with short arm shear wall,some misleading concepts and specifications of the structure are made clear,based on a practical engineering case,the issues needing attention during the program realization are provided.The results show that this kind of structure is different from the usual transfer shearwall structures,the design according to usual transfer shearwall structures will lead to insecurity and a waste of money,which may be on important value to the design of other similar housing projects.
