摘 要:中空筒体钢结构由于其底部净空要求,使得稳定计算成为结构计算的关键,拟采用设置加强环的方式来改善结构的稳定性能。以造粒塔结构为例,利用ANSYS程序建立了三维模型,研究了加强环位置和数量对造粒塔结构的稳定性能的影响,通过对比分析提出对加强环设置的数量、位置设置提出合理化建议值。The hollow steel-tube structure is widely used in the field of civil engineering.Because its lower structure has a demand on big clearance the normal rigidity of the tower is weak.Stiffening rings are adopted to improve the stability of the structure.Taking the actual project as the background and a three-dimensional model is established by ANSYS.The influence of the stiffening ring on the overall performance of a prilling tower is studied.At last,the rational suggested values are proposed through setting the stiffening ring or not,with different position and quantity.
