摘 要:主要研究外加剂、掺合料及预养制度对负温混凝土抗压强度的影响,并对抗冻性、抗渗透性、抗侵蚀性及抗裂性等耐久性能进行试验研究。结果表明:防冻剂、引气剂、减水剂和矿物掺合料多组分的复合,可使负温28d养护的混凝土抗压强度达到标准养护混凝土强度的60%以上,且耐久性各项指标满足设计要求。从理论上探讨了外加剂和掺合料对负温混凝土的作用机理,指出性能优异的以防冻功能为主的多功能复合外加剂和矿物掺合料是制备负温混凝土的技术关键,为负温度混凝土的配合比设计提供参考。It was mainly studied the impacts of admixtures,mixture and concrete curing method on compressive strength of negative temperature concrete.Antifreeze,anti-permeability,anti-corrosion and anticracking and so on were studied.Result shows that multi-component of antifreeze,air agent,and mineral water reducer mixture could make negative temperature concrete 28 d compressive strength reach more than 60% of that of the concrete by standard curing,whose durabilty indexes meet the design requirements.The action mechanism of admixture and mixture on this concrete was explored theoretically.It was pointed out that mineral admixture and multi-function complex admixture were the key to preparing a negative temperature concrete.
