高层深基坑围护施工技术风险管理之一

摘　　要：世博村E、F地块甲级智能化办公楼及裙房工程,施工工期紧,施工条件受到旧厂房加固、改建的限制。在深基坑围护SMW工法型钢拔除施工过程中,坚持以质量控制、进度控制、成本控制为管理目标,勇于创新,努力开拓风险,采取合理的施工技术和风险管理,保住了深基坑临近的旧厂房,使工程进展顺利,创造业绩,为同类工程施工提供有益的参考。The constructions of intelligent office buildings(class A) and podia in land block E and F of Expo Village are facing the shorter construction time and some restrictions of reforming old factory building.In the construction of pullingout shape steel by SMW method,the quality control,progress control,and cost control are insisted on.By taking this technology and management,the old factory buildings near deep excavations can be protected.The whole construction can be in high quality and move smoothly;which provides helpful references for other similar constructions.
