摘　　要：某5层住宅楼为框架-砖混的混合结构,由于未进行地基勘探和施工原因,致使房屋出现多个危险点。对房屋结构构件进行复核验算和加固设计与施工。该房屋已使用一年多,房屋结构满足安全性、适用性、耐久性要求。可供类似工程加固设计与施工提供参考。In the framework of a five-story brick masonry structure and its hybrid structure,the exploration and construction of its foundation are not finished,as a result,there are many danger points appearing in the house.It was made a review and reinforcement design and construction for the house.The house has been in use for more than a year,which meets the requirements of safety,applicability and durability.The paper can provide a reference for the reinforcement design and construction of similar projects.
