青岛近海口虾蛄的繁殖及摄食习性研究

摘　　要：研究口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)繁殖与摄食习性,2007年12月~2008年6月在青岛近海定置网渔获物中采集样品1 539尾进行研究。结果表明:口虾蛄雌雄性比最大值为3.18,平均为1.15。性成熟系数为(48.8~150.2)×10-3,初次性成熟体长为70~80 mm,繁殖盛期为5月中旬以后。绝对怀卵量为13 067~74 371粒,平均36 007粒。绝对怀卵量与体长、头胸甲长呈幂函数关系:E=13.839 BL3.334 8(r=0.921 1,n=27,P【0.01),E=1.661 9 CL3.233 1(r=0.888 9,n=27,P【0.01)。通过对口虾蛄胃含物分析发现,其饵料生物有26种,其中甲壳类15种,鱼类6种,多毛类2种,头足类1种。食物组成存在季节变化,且摄食具有一定的选择性,以虾类为主,鱼类次之。The reproduction and feeding habits of Oratosquilla oratoria in the inshore waters of Qingdao were studied from Dec.2007 to Jan.2008.A total of 1 539 individuals were sampled for study.The results showed that the highest and mean sex ratios of Oratosquilla oratoria were 3.18 and 1.15,respectively.The range of gonadosomatic index was(48.8～150.2)×10-3.The size of the animals at the first sex-maturity was between 70～80 mm and the fastigium of spawning stage was after the second decade of May.The individual absolute fecundity E(eggs) range from 13 067 eggs to 74 371 eggs(mean 36 007 eggs).The relationship between the individual absolute fecundity E(eggs) and body length(cm)is expressed as: E=13.839 BL3.334 8(r=0.921 1,n=27,P<0.01).The relationship between the individual absolute fecundity E(eggs) and carapace length(mm) is expressed as: E=1.661 9 CL3.2 331(r=0.888 9,n=27,P<0.01).According to the stomach contents analysis,The diet composition of Oratosquilla oratoria included 26 species,among which were 15 crustaceans,6 Pisces,2 Polychaeta,and 1 Cephalopada.There were obvious seasonal variations in the diet composition and food selection of Oratosquilla oratoria.The most important prey species of Oratosquilla oratoria were shrimps,and the secondary were juvenile fishes.
