蜂胶中活性成分标准物质的研制初探

摘　　要：为了满足蜂胶质量评价及检测过程中标准物质的需求,初步探讨了蜂胶中主要活性成分阿魏酸、柯因以及芹菜素标准物质的研制。利用高效液相色谱法为蜂胶活性成分标准物质的纯度进行定值,色谱柱为platisil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸体系,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长:阿魏酸325 nm,柯因260 nm,芹菜素220 nm,面积归一化法定量。To meet the requirement of reference materials in quality evaluation and detection of propolis,this paper preliminary explored active ingredients reference materials including ferulic acid,chrysin and apigenin in propolis.The purity of active ingredients in propolis was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with platisil ODS C18 column.The mobile phase is the mixture of methanol-phosphate(pH 3.0) system with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 325 nm(ferulic acid),260 nm(chrysin),220 nm(apigenin).Peak area normalization method was used for measurement.
