摘 要:烧结球团中摆动皮带布料的均匀性是关系到球团矿产量和质量的重要因素,通过改善布料均匀性,可以提高成品合格率和球团设备的使用率。针对实际球团生产系统中存在的布料不均匀问题,提出一种新的控制算法,重新设计摆动皮带的运行轨迹,实现均匀布料。在对实际系统运行轨迹进行建模的过程中,利用运动的分解、均匀划分等方法进行工程处理,得到能够实现均匀布料的理想解决方案,并按1:10的比例制作了一个摆动皮带模型,经过在缩小模型上反复的调试,最终得到最优化的算法。用此算法通过编程实现对摆动皮带的控制,使布料系统按照预定的轨迹均匀布料。整个研究的核心是算法的设计,这样将复杂的电气和机械设计转换到用算法实现,减少成本的同时也加大了研究成果的可行性。The uniformity of swinging belt paving in sintering and pelletizing is an important factor related to the production and quality of pellets.Improving the uniformity can increase the eligibility rate of finished product and the utility rate of pelletizing.Aiming at the problem of paving asymmetry in actual pelletizing production system,a new control algorithm is prensented and designed swinging belt running track is to realize the paving uniformity.In the process of modelling to the running track of the actual system,kinetic analyze and even partition and so on are used to make project disposal,and then get the ideal resolvent.Besides,a swinging belt model according to the ratio of 1:10 is produced.After repeated debugging on the scaled model,get the optimized algorithm finally.Use the algorithm to achieve the control of swinging belt through programming,and make the paving system realize the goal of uniform paving in accordance with a predetermined trajectory.The core of the study is algorithm design,which will convert complex electrical and mechanical design to using algorithm.It reduces costs and increases the feasibility of the research results at the same time.
