水解弹簧圈高致密栓塞颅内动脉瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内动脉瘤介入治疗的最佳方法。方法经CT和MRI检查确认的46例蛛网膜下腔出血,6例合并颞叶出血的患者,DSA确诊为颅内动脉瘤,选择水解弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤。结果50例颅内动脉瘤高致密栓塞,2例近乎高致密栓塞,术中无1例并发症发生。水解弹簧圈为目前最好的颅内动脉瘤栓塞方法。结论水解弹簧圈的超柔软性及对瘤体壁的顺应性,提高了动脉瘤的高致密性栓塞的可能性。Objective To discuss the preferred way of interventional therapy to intracranial aneurysm.Methods Forty-six cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage with CT scanning and MR imaging,in which,six cases were complicated with temporal lobe hemorrhage,were diagnosed as intracal artery by digital subtraction arteriography.Coils were selected to their pack aneurysm.Results Fifty cases were taken three-dimensional packing,and two cases were almost taken without any complications.Coils therapy was apreferred way of intracal artery packing.Conclusion Hydrolysis of the super-soft coils and the compliance of the aneurysm wall,aneurysm increased high-density and the possibility of embolization for intracranial aneurysms is the best method of embolization currently.
