摘 要:滚动转子式压缩机在空调系统中应用广泛,改善滚动转子式压缩机的振动和噪声性能对提高空调的舒适性是非常重要的。滚动转子式压缩机内部空间狭小,内部充满了高温和强腐蚀的制冷剂,无法安装位置传感器,所以压缩机驱动都采用无位置传感器的驱动方式[1]。因为压缩机结构的特殊性压缩机的噪声与压缩机用永磁同步电机的驱动情况具有紧密的联系,减弱压缩机电机的转速波动对降低压缩机的噪声有益处。建立滚动转子压缩机的负载模型,将负载模型与永磁同步电机驱动系统结合来模拟压缩机带负载的驱动情况。对降低压缩机电机转速波动的方案进行讨论,并在此基础上提出了一种新的减振方案,并取得较好的仿真效果。The rolling piston compressors are widely used in air-conditioning systems,the improvement of rolling piston compressor vibration and noise performance is very important to improve the comfort performance of air-conditioning systems.The inner space of rolling piston compressors is small and there is high temperature and high erodible cryogen in compressors,the position sensor can not be installed.The drive of compressor always adopts sensorless drive mode[1].For the structural particularity of the rolling piston compressors there is close relationship between compressor noise and the drive of compressor permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM).The reduction of PMSM speed ripples benefits reduction of the compressor noise.The load model of rolling piston compressor is established.The load model and the PMSM drive system were combined to simulate the drive of compressor with load.The schemes to reduce the compressor PMSM speed vibration were talked about.And a new method to reduce speed vibration was proposed and the simulation results are well.
