摘 要:由于半导体市场的竞争日益激烈,顾客的需求变得难以把握,紧急订单发生的频率越来越高。在这种情况下,具有多厂的企业急需一种应对紧急订单的解决方案。针对上述情况,以利润最大为目标、以产能为主要约束构建了一个多厂紧急订单评估模型;在此模型基础上,针对企业不同的需求,通过加入不同的约束条件构建了3个典型应用情景下的解决方案;利用ILOG优化软件,结合实际生产数据,对上述3个解决方案分别进行了求解,获得了紧急订单的承接方案和各工厂紧急订单和一般订单的详细生产安排。最终通过对这些求解结果的分析验证了模型的有效性。Because of the intense competition in the market of semi-conductor day by day,it is quite difficult to master and control the demands from customers,which elevates the frequency of rush orders.Under such circumstance, a corporate keenly needs a solution to rush orders.Given above situation,a multi-plant assessment model for rush orders aimed at the most profit and restrained with capacity is constructed.Referring to corporate identical demands,on the basis of such model,three solutions under practically typical scenes are built up.Taking advantage of ILOG optimized software,the key to above three solutions are gotten separately,so that effective program of rush orders and detailed productive arrangement of both rush and ordinary orders are obtained.The analysis of the result shows the efficiency of this model.
