摘  要:通过研究矿井灾害应急救援技术和ArcGis Engine技术,建立了基于GIS技术的矿井灾害应急救援系统,提供了平面矿图和三维矿图,使其救援目标更形象具体,还提供了矿井灾害应急救援数据库和知识库,使其救援更加及时和准确。并能动态模拟演示各种事故的避灾路线和SMS短信服务功能,为灾害预防和处理提供了有力的技术支持。An emergency rescue system based on the GIS technology for mine disasters was established by studying the emergency rescue techniques and ArcGis Engine technology of mine disasters,and plane and three-dimensional mine maps were provided,which make the image of the target more specific.The mine disaster emergency rescue database and knowledge base were also offered,which make the rescue becoming more timely and accurate.This emergency rescue system can dynamically simulate and demonstrate various escaping routes for mine disasters and provide SMS short message services,this thus offered powerful technical support for mine disaster prevention and treatment.
