摘  要:根据对煤矿安全事故的统计和调查,分析和总结了机电与提升运输事故主要原因及预防对策,探讨了保障煤矿机电和提升运输系统安全的关键技术及其发展趋势,对提高煤炭行业安全管理水平和事故预防能力,全面制订和落实国家"十二五"煤矿安全科技战略规划具有十分重要的意义。This paper analyzed and summarized the major reasons and preventive countermeasures for the accidents of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as hoisting and haulage systems according to the statistics and investigation on safety accidents in coalmines.The paper also discussed the key safety techniques for ensuring safety of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as hoisting and haulage systems and their development trend,which are of great significance for enhancing the level of safety management and the capability of preventing accidents in coal industry and formulating and implementing the strategic program of the national '12th five-year plan of science and technology' in mine safety.
