卫生指标概念框架及其在综合卫生管理信息平台建设中的作用

摘　　要：卫生指标是科学管理和循证决策的重要依据。指标的选择必须基于一个明晰的概念框架,使所选择的指标能全面准确地反映卫生管理的基本信息需求。本研究在文献综述和现场调研的基础之上,建立了能够满足综合卫生管理需求的卫生指标概念框架,分析了卫生指标概念框架在综合卫生管理信息平台建设中的作用,旨在为基于该平台的信息综合利用提供规范、科学的信息标准支撑。Health indicators are important to scientific management and based-evidence making decision. So health indicators must be selected based on an explicit framework in order to make them reflecting the basic information requirements of health management completely and exactly.Based on the literature review and fieldwork,we constructed the health indicators conceptual framework and analyzed the role of the framework in constructing an integrated health management information platform in order to provide normative and scientific information standard support for integrated use information through the platform.
