摘　　要：本文以特大型航运企业的船员管理功能要求为需求,设计研发了一套以船员管理为特色的船岸一体化管理系统,实现了船员管理工作的标准化、规范化、数字化管理。In this paper,we have researched and designed a ship-shore integrated information system for crew management for large shipping companies to achieve the standardization and digitization of crew management,which was met the need of their requirement in crew management.
