摘 要:采用电凝聚法处理工艺,对有代表性的橙黄G模拟染料水进行处理,探索了处理工艺和操作方式的可行性、有效性。对影响电混凝法的有关参数进行探讨,结果显示电混凝法处理橙黄G模拟染料废水有良好的效果。对于浓度为40mg/L的橙黄G水样,当pH=4.5时,氯化钠浓度0.75g/L,极板间距为10mm,反应时间10min,去除率较高。电混凝电压对电混凝处理效果并不显著。Electro-coagulation method was applied to treat the orange G simulated dye wastewater,and the feasibility and the validity of this technology were tested.The results showed that electro-coagulation treatment had good effect on the dye wastewater containing orange G.The removal efficiency of reactive orange G was high when pH was about 4.5,NaCl concentration was 0.75 g/L,the spacing between electrode plates was 10 mm,and the most suitable time for electro-coagulation treatment was 10 min,while the influence of voltage on the orange G removal efficiency was not significant.
