摘 要:以木质素、双氰胺和甲醛为主要原料合成有机脱色絮凝剂LDH,并应用于酸性染料和活性染料溶液的深度脱色处理。考察了溶液pH值、LDH投加量以及LDH与聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)复配对染料溶液脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明:单独使用LDH时,最佳脱色条件是溶液pH值为2,LDH投加量为250mg/L;当LDH与PAFC复配使用,投加量分别为150和300mg/L时,酸性染料和活性染料溶液的脱色率分别达到了84.1%和94.3%,COD去除率分别达到了75.5%和77.6%,实现了较好的处理效果,出水COD和色度指标达国家污水综合排放一级标准。The organic decoloration flocculant(LDH)was synthesized with lignin,dicyandiamide and formaldehyde as main raw material,and was used for treating the simulated dye-stuff wastewater of acid scarlet GR and reactive brilliant blue R-RV.Based on the removal rate of chroma and COD of the aqueous solution,the experimental conditions such as flocculant dosage,aqueous pH and combination effect with polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC)were investigated.The results showed that high removal efficiency could be obtained when the solution pH is adjusted to 2 and 250 mg/L of LDH is used.The dosage of LDH can be reduced to 150 mg/L when combined with 300 mg/L of PAFC,the decolorization efficiency of GR and R-RV solution are 84.1% and 94.3%,and COD removal efficiency are 75.5% and 77.6%,respectively.This coagulation process used LDH as flocculant provided an effective advanced treatment method for the dye-stuff wastewater.
