摘 要:排放因子法是环境质量管理中核算污染物排放量的重要方法。以68台燃轻油锅炉(≤10.5MW)燃料特性分析数据和颗粒物排放实测数据为基础,通过统计分析方法,研究了颗粒物排放因子的确定方法,分析了燃油灰分与硫含量对颗粒物排放的影响,并获得了我国燃用轻油锅炉颗粒物的排放因子。结果表明:对于未采取颗粒物控制措施的燃用轻油锅炉,基于燃料消耗量、发热量、灰分含量的颗粒物排放因子EFC、EFH、EFA分别为261mg/kg、6.1ng/J、2.63kg/kg;燃用轻油锅炉颗粒物的排放量与轻油的灰分含量和硫含量之间不具有相关性。The method of emission factors has been an important tool to evaluate emission inventories for environmental quality management.The methodology of developing particulate matter emission factors was investigated by means of statistical analysis method and based on the fuel oil analysis data and the actual test data of particulate matter emissions from 68 light oil-fired boilers in China,actual capacity of boilers≤10.5MW.The influences of ash and sulphur contents of fuel oil on particulate matter emisisons were analyzed also,and the emission factors of particulate matter from light oil-fired boilers in China were obtained.The results indicate that the uncontroled emission factors of particulate matter based on fuel consumption,lower heating value,and ash content of fuel oil are 261 mg/kg,6.1 ng/J,and 2.63 kg/kg,respectively,for light oil-fired boiler,and that the particulate matter emitted by light oil-fired boilers is not correlated to the ash or sulphur content of the oil.
