摘 要:应用硅烷偶联剂(SG-Si900)烷烃链空间位阻效应原理,以SG-Si900、钛酸丁酯和正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为主要原料,经水解、恒温缩聚、蒸馏,合成钛-硅烷复合超亲水功能复合材料,并通过调整合成温度、水与硅原子的摩尔比(水硅比)、SG-Si900/TEOS摩尔比、硅原子与钛原子的摩尔比(硅钛比)等主要反应参数,改善综合性能。实验证实,该复合材料的最佳制备条件为:合成温度80℃,水硅比=8,硅钛比=9,SG-Si900/TEOS=1。所得复合材料黏度为40.9s,能与水任意比互溶,并且以提拉法制备的玻璃基复合材料薄膜,在无紫外线照射的条件下与水的接触角为0°,50℃恒温储存实验检测,3周后,基本上黏度不变。Self-cleaning organic Ti-Si compound material was prepared by organic silane coupling agent(SG-Si900),titania alkoxide and tetraethoxysilanes(TEOS),in the presence of acetic acid,with hydrolysis,polycondensation and distillation.Study focused on the factors affecting property of the compound material.It was found that the length of chain can be controlled by the blocking function of the SG-Si900,the adhesion and hydrophilic ability of the compound material coating can be improved by increasing the dosage of the TEOS,decreasing the dosage of the water and the SG-Si900,or rising temperature of polycondensation.Then,a conclusion can be drawn,when H_2O/Si is 8,Si/Ti is 9,SG-Si900/TEOS is 1,the capability of the compound material is excellent,there is 0 degree for its coating with water without presence of ultraviolet radiation,the compound material can be diluted by water and be reserved more than three weeks in the situation that temperature is keeping at 50℃.
